Next Level Thing Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase, access, and use of all digital courses, training materials, and skill programs operated by Next Level Thing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase or accessing our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase or access the training.
1. Course Access & Usage Licence
Upon purchasing a course from Next Level Thing, you are granted a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and view the course materials for your own educational use.
What you MAY do:
- Access and view the course content on your personal devices.
- Download provided resource files, templates, or workbooks for your personal use.
What you MAY NOT do:
- Share, resell, sub-licence, or distribute your account login details or course access to third parties.
- Record, download, copy, edit, or create derivative works from any video or written course material.
- Re-teach, broadcast, or commercialise the course content outside of your own personal practice.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All training content, including video lessons, curriculum structures, workbooks, code snippets, templates, graphics, and branding, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Next Level Thing. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our materials is strictly prohibited and protected under United Kingdom and international copyright laws.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices listed are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise specified. Full payment is required prior to accessing the course content. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal). You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Refund Policy & Consumer Cancellation Rights (UK & EU)
Digital Content Waiver
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, because our courses consist of immediate digital content access:
- By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the course materials immediately, you explicitly request immediate performance of the contract.
- You acknowledge and agree that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access to the course content has been granted.
All Sales Are Final
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE once access is delivered. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind or incomplete course completion.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider constitutes a breach of contract. If a chargeback is opened:
- Your course access will be terminated immediately.
- You will be liable for the full outstanding course balance plus any payment processor administrative fees (typically £15 to £25 per case).
- We reserve the right to pursue legal recovery of unpaid balances plus associated administrative costs.
5. Account Security & Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to engage in any conduct that disrupts the platform, harasses staff or fellow students, or breaches network security. We reserve the right to revoke course access without refund if an account is found to be shared, misused, or involved in disruptive behaviour.
6. Disclaimer of Results & Skill Acquisition
Next Level Thing provides educational resources and skill training designed to teach web design, digital marketing, and online business skills.

7. Non-Disparagement & Brand Conduct
You agree not to make false, defamatory, or malicious statements about Next Level Thing, its instructors, staff, or community members across public forums, social media platforms, or review sites. Any breach may result in immediate revocation of course access and legal action to recover damages for reputational harm.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Level Thing, its directors, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from your reliance on the course materials, technical interruptions, or application of the skills taught. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course in question.

Any unauthorised copying, pirating, sharing, or commercial re-selling of Next Level Thing course content will result in immediate legal action, permanent account termination, and a fixed liquidated damages fee of £20,000 per infringement to cover investigative and enforcement costs.
